At Natti Natti we offer high-quality, furnished rooms, perfectly suited to students at Halmstad University.

About the accommodation

We let fresh, furnished rooms ranging from 13 to 26 sqm. Each room is equipped with:

  • Bed and bedside table

  • Desk

  • TV

  • Fridge

  • Wardrobe (not included in the 13 sqm rooms)

  • Lighting

All rooms are for single occupancy (two people may not share a room). All our rooms are smoke- and pet-free.

Every room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

  • Electricity, heating, water

  • Wi-Fi

There are two shared kitchens, a dining room and a laundry room available. The kitchens and dining room are equipped so you don’t need to bring crockery or other utensils. Vacuum cleaners are also available to borrow.

We aim to offer a calm and pleasant study environment for all our residents.

Tenancy information

  • Rent: SEK 3,400 – 4,400 per month depending on room size

  • Payment: Rent must be paid in advance, no later than the last business day of each month. Pay to bankgiro 200-8803. An invoice will be sent by email.

  • Deposit: SEK 1,500 (refunded after an approved final inspection at move-out)

Important information for tenants

  • You must be listed as the addressee at your registered address: Stationsgatan 34, 302 45 Halmstad.

    Also include your four-digit flat number, which you will find on your contract.

  • The room you rent is intended for one person and is pet- and smoke-free.

  • If you lock yourself out and require emergency assistance, you will be charged SEK 1,300 per started hour.

    If you lose a key/fob, a SEK 300 fee applies. This must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Shared kitchens: Do not take kitchen utensils to your room. Wash up immediately after use. If the dishwasher is full, start it, or empty clean dishes. Please ask the staff if you’re unsure how it works.

  • The notice period is three full calendar months. On moving out, you are responsible for a thorough end-of-tenancy clean (vacuuming, window cleaning, bathroom cleaning, skirting boards, etc.). Insufficient cleaning will be charged at SEK 2,500.

  • We carry out a credit check before signing the contract — payment remarks are not accepted.

  • Change of address is registered with the Swedish Tax Agency: www.skatteverket.se/flytta
